Postage and Returns

Postage

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank holidays. If there will be a delay dispatching your order, we will contact you immediately. We will deliver to all areas of the UK and Northern Ireland for a one off charge of £2.00, regardless of the number of hair clips you order. Every order comes with a free organza gift bag (Stock permitting).

We use Royal Mail first class delivery and they aim to deliver the next working day.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items arrive with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system. We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

European countries we deliver to a cost of £5.50 regardless to the amount of hair clips and headbands ordered. Delivery to all other countries outside the European Union will cost £8.50. Please contact us at angelene@ickleclips.co.uk for details of how to place an order.

Returns

Our primary aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a 7 day satisfaction policy. Please contact us at customerservice@ickleclips.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods to advise us that you wish to return the items. You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused.

General

Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in the UK, and will be governed by UK Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
